Emily usually goes everywhere around Taiwan for traveling. Hualian gave her the deepest impression in all of places that she had been to. She had a vacation again and visited her cousin there last weekend. The train was late because of traffic accident ,and it caused her cousin with his car waited her for half an hour. Due to the two people didn't have lunch, so Emily treated her cousin to eat steak.

第一個地方應該是對的，也可用被動delayed
第二個地方，兩個句子獨立比較好，改成. It
第三個地方不知道可不可以，我推薦用關代who drove her to wait

I would say so:
Emily likes to take a trip around Taiwan.
And all of the places she has visited,Hualien is the most impressive.
Last weekend,she went to Hualien again and saw her cousin there .
Her cousin waited for half an hour to drive her because the train was delayed by a traffuc accident.
They were so hungry that Emily treated her cousin to a restaurant and they had steak for lunch.
