我有3個英文翻譯的問題...

1.
"well balanced with medium and smooth lively acidity all through"
這段該怎麼翻比較好?

整段:
This coffee is expertly roasted and ground to ensure freshness. the blend is full bodied, with dark chocolate and caramel flavours, well balanced with medium and smooth lively acidity all through

2.
"Top up with more hot water if necessary and sieve the contents." 這裡的"sieve the contents"翻譯成中文要怎麼翻比較好?

3.
"Do not boil/reheat coffee or re-use residues" 這裡的residues要怎麼翻比較好?

問題2跟3的整段:

Preparing a good cup
Ensure that the coffee brewing equipment is cleaned thoroughly
Use one or more table spoons of coffee per cup depending on your taste requirements
Use fresh clean boiling water (Temp. 92-97℃) Brew for 3-5 minutes
Top up with more hot water if necessary and sieve the contents.
Drink the coffee while hot and fresh. you may add sugar of milk.
Do not boil/reheat coffee or re-use residues.

這咖啡由專家烘烤.研磨以確保鮮度.
混合物味道豐富,有黑巧克力和與中度.平順的明顯酸澀味平衡的焦糖風味.
